A leadership role, it's a new thing, something different that anything i have tried before, the responsibility, the different level of action, but above all, the loneliness of it, it feels weird, i mean, when your a part of the team, you have teammates, and we all follow a single leader. But when you become that single leader, it's lonely.

But it's really fun. you get to do things in the way you wanted them to be done by your leader, and you realize it's not so easy to keep it all together. And that it's easier just to go back to those common places, and make them same mistakes.

Another important part of it is that people always expect you to know everything, and have experience doing everything, and that is not always the case and you have to ask for help, doing that in the right way, it's not as easy as it looks.
