EB Elections

Hey ! In my LC (Manizales-Colombia) we are running the elction process for the 2007 EB term!!, yupi!, i'm applying for LCVP S&OR (sales and organizational relationships) which involves a challenge i'm willing to take bearing one top priority in mind:

C L A R I T Y

It might sound silly or understated.... but i think it's something that has to be stated, we NEED to have clarity, absolute clarity on every corporate relation we have. period.

When you have clarity on your compromises you can keep them, if you keep your comitments you gain trust, and if an organization such as @ has those two things (clarity+trust) then its entitled to get GOODWILL. Every quality corporate relationship has to have goodwill otherwise it won't prosper, or at least not on the way we expect it to.

Along with top quality service (client orientation), investment partners, training, ALUMNI relationships and (last but definitely not least) Sales realizations, will be my focus points if I have the oportunity be LCVP S&OR.

PD: I will also try, on a more personal note, to remove the S from S&OR, i think that we will be better off without it, just Organizational Relationships: That is our focus: Obtaining and Mantaining good quality healthy Organizational Relationships.
